कॉलेज प्रबंधन उच्च स्तर पर गुणात्मक शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। कॉलेज अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही शिक्षा की सेवा में निपुणता से काम कर रहा है। आज यह संस्थान मऊ जिले के सर्वश्रेष्ठ शिक्षा केंद्र के रूप में पहचाना जाने लगा है। कॉलेज के शैक्षणिक सत्र में पूर्वी यूपी के किसी भी शैक्षणिक संस्थान के अनुकूल सभी बुनियादी ढांचे के साथ हरा-भरा, प्रदूषण मुक्त परिसर है। वर्तमान में कॉलेज में शिक्षा संकाय, कला संकाय, विज्ञान संकाय हैं, इन संकायों के तहत कॉलेज डिग्री पाठ्यक्रम बी.ए., बी.एससी., डी.एल.एड. चला रहा है।
